TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the terms and conditions on this webpage, ‘The Photographer’ shall mean ‘Bunnie Samina’ and ‘The Client’ shall be the person who booked the services.

Copy Right and Webpage Display

The photographs that the photographer takes are allowed to be used for advertising and displaying work, whether this is on social media, brochures, books etc. If the client is not happy with their photos being used for promotional purposes, this must be discussed via email and agreed upon with a signed contract.

All images and content are copyright to Bunnie Samina Photography. If you wish to use the photographs and you are not featured in the photo please email the photographer at bunniesaminaphotography@gmail.com, however there is no guarantee you will be able to use the photograph.

If the client is in the photograph and wishes to use the photo/s, it is an offence to crop, edit or deface the photograph. If the photograph is used, please give credit.

 

Privacy Policy

Bunnie Samina Photography is committed to protecting the data concerning the client. The information Bunnie Samina Photography collects from the client will only be used for the clients photograph purposes, such as sending the client copies via email for proofing, telephoning for enquiries if unable to be reached by email, and sending the edited photos on a disc or purchased prints through the post.  The data Bunnie Samina Photography collects is held in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

Photographing, Editing and Retouching

The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the clients failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

The photographer will produce the best photographs from the service and send them via Google Drive for the client to decide which ones to keep, this will be displayed like so (example: images 12, 15, 16 etc) and how the client would prefer each photo, colour or black and white- unless the client would prefer the photographers judgement. The client would decide here if they would like to purchase more photos.

​

The photographer will produce a pleasing colour balance for colour and mono images, however the photographer cannot guarantee exact colour matching.

​

Retouching an image is an optional extra if the photographer agrees there is a fault with the photo. RAW photographs are always stored unless the client requests they are deleted. RAW photographs will automatically be deleted 6 months after the photoshoot.

​

After proofing the photos with the client the photographer would then remove the proof photos and upload the edited copies, here the client would then decide if they would like any printed copies.

​

When purchasing printed copies of the images the client will have 10 days (from Bunnie Samina Photography sending the prints) to notify Bunnie Samina Photography in writing of any faults such as dents or scratches.

When purchasing prints please respect that it will take around 3 weeks from purchase to process, print and send the desired images. All prints will be sent 1st Class by Royal Mail.

 

Payment

Payments can be made via Cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

A deposit will be made upon booking the photographers services and is dependent on what services the client choses.

​

The client shall reimburse Bunnie Samina Photography for any additional costs the photographer may incur for travel, meals, parking and other reasonable costs necessary.

​

After the photoshoot the client will pay the rest of the fee including any additional costs. Failure to do so will result in any images taken on the photoshoot being deleted.

 

Cancellation or Change a Date

If the client wishes to cancel the appointment they must give at least 48 hours notice in order to receive all the deposit back. Under 48 hours and Bunnie Samina Photography has the right to retain the deposit.

If the client would need to rebook the appointment to a different day then a new date can be discussed but will be subject to the photographer’s availability.

​

If the appointment has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, then a new appointment can be mutually arranged. If the client would like a refund, this will be granted.

​

If the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified, the deposit will be refunded to the client via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

Complaints

Any complaints should be raised directly by the client to the photographer in writing within 7 days of the images being sent. The photographer will then try their best to sort out the complaint so both the clientele and the photographer are happy with the outcome.

The photographer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without notice.
